It's a story about someone being left in a vicious storm to die among the chaos. The storm represents the turmoil people go through and the feeling of being separated from the people you care about. The water represents reflection of human emotion with how "alive" it seems as a part of nature. But even after all that turmoil, the sun will still rise. Everything will be alright in the end. Even when the odds are stacked against you, never give up. You've got so much left to live and fight for.
